I serve this with cornbread, so after putting everything in the pot, I make the cornbread and by the time it is done (about 30 minutes), the stew is ready.

- 1 Large Onion, Diced
- 1/2 Pound Lean beef
- 1 Package Dry Taco Seasoning
- 1 Package Dry Ranch Dressing
- 2 Cans Pinto Beans
- 1 Can Corn or Hominy
- 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Can Water
- 1 Can Green Chilis Chopped (small can)
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce (small can)
Brown meat with onion.
Add remaining ingredients, cook for 30Â minutesÂ or in Crock Pot for several hours.
