Ingredients

  • 1 Large Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 Pound Lean beef
  • 1 Package Dry Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Package Dry Ranch Dressing
  • 2 Cans Pinto Beans
  • 1 Can Corn or Hominy
  • 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Water
  • 1 Can Green Chilis Chopped (small can)
  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce (small can)

Directions

  1. Step One

    Brown meat with onion.

  2. Step Two

    Add remaining ingredients, cook for 30 minutes or in Crock Pot for several hours.

    Our favorite! We do not use the ranck pkg or tomato sauce and exchange the pinto beans for 1 can of black beans and 1 can black eyed peas.

    I make this all the time. I use one can of rotel, one can pinto beans, 1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can sweet corn and 1 can of white beans. I have also used chicken instead of ground beef. And of course the taco and ranch seasoning. Top with fat free shredded cheese and wheat chips. Very yummy.
