Tasty Vermicelli Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Packages Vermicelli Noodles
  • 1 Tablespoon Accent
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 Tablespoons crisco oil
  • 1/2 Cup sliced black olives
  • 1-4 oz pimentos
  • 1/2 Cup chopped onions
  • 1 Cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 Cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 Cups mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Step One

    Cook noodles as directions on box - Drain

  2. Step Two

    Marinate and refrigerate overnight with
    1 T Accent
    1 T Lemon Juice
    4 T Crisco Oil

  3. Step Three

    Next day add:
    1/2 C. sliced black olives
    1 - 4 oz. pimentos
    1/2 C chopped onions
    1 C chopped celery
    1/2 C chopped bell peppers
    2 C mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
