Whether using as an activity with your kids, a treat for teachers, or making a crockin’ version of a box of chocolates you will love the simplicity of these little cuties. The best part? It is easy to personalize them according to all of your loves’ preferences! Nothing says I love you quite like a candy especially made just for them!


  • heart silicone baking trays
  • 1 (24-ounce) package vanilla almond bark
  • 1 (24-ounce) package chocolate almond bark
  • sprinkles (optional)
  • little chocolate candies (optional)
  • granola (optional)
  • peanuts (optional)
  • miniature marshmallows (optional)
  • shredded coconut (optional)


  1. Step One

    Place vanilla almond bark in one small little dipper slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Place chocolate almond bark in one small little dipper slow cooker.

  3. Step Three

    Cover and cook on LOW (or warm if your slow cooker cooks hot) until chocolate is melted about 1 to 2 hours.

  4. Step Four

    Fill each heart with your choice of garnishes.

  5. Step Five

    Once chocolate is melted, fill each heart with your choice of chocolate.

  6. Step Six

    Let heart chocolates cool completely and then peel away from silicone.

  7. Step Seven

    Store in airtight container for up to two weeks.
