Chicken, Cranberries, and Celery all played starring roles in this healthy dish that is not lacking in the flavor department! Simple, healthy, and tasty too, this dish is definitely going to be on repeat for us!
Used 6-quart slow cooker
- 8-10 Chicken Breast tenderloins (boneless, skinless)
- 3 Stalks of Celery, chopped
- 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Combine chicken, celery, and cranberries in the slow cooker and coat with olive oil.
Next add seasonings to your likings (rosemary, thyme, pepper) and mix well.
Cook on LOW for 6 hours, or HIGH for 4.
Serve with rice and side salad.
