Tofu and Vegetables
In our homes, things get busy fast. So waking up to this nourishing meal is super
convenient—we just dish it out and then go on our merry way!
A flavorful soup that you can change up or serve with various sides, salad, bread, over pasta, etc. :)
Easy cheesy Sloppy Joes – great for kids and outdoor parties!
Tofu and Vegetables – delicious vegetarian slow cooker meal with tofu and vegetables
- 16 Ounces Firm Tofu, drained and crumbled
- 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
- 2 Cups Bok Choy, chopped
- 2 Cups Napa Cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Pea Pods, cut in half
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve with soy sauce over rice!
