Tofu and Vegetables – delicious vegetarian slow cooker meal with tofu and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces Firm Tofu, drained and crumbled
  • 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
  • 2 Cups Bok Choy, chopped
  • 2 Cups Napa Cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Pea Pods, cut in half

Directions

  1. Step One

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker

  2. Step Two

    Cook on low for 6 hours.

  3. Step Three

    Serve with soy sauce over rice!
