Used 6-quart slow cooker
Taco Chicken – A tasty recipe for the slow cooker.
- 4-5 Large Chicken Breast
- 1 Package Taco seasoning mix
- 1 Can Rotel
Dump all in slow cooker, cook on medium for 6 hours.
When ready top serve take out chicken, chop into bite size pieces and return to slow cooker, stir to mix with juices.
Serve as taco filling in corn or flour tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings. Also great filling for quesadillas.
