Here's a recipe for Sweet Pork---AMAZING and tastes great with tacos, burritos, sandwiches, or on a salad!
- 2 Pounds Pork shoulder roast (the more fatty the roast, the better)
- 1 Cup Pace Picante (Medium) sauce
- 1 Cup Brown sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Wash roast and put in slow cooker. Don't trim the fat (it will fall off and you can scoop it out if needed).
Mix Sugar and salsa in a bowl and pour over roast.
Let cook for 6-8 hours (on med).
Shred the pork.
Return back to the juices and let soak for another 15 min.
