Love this meal!! I changed it up just a little bit by adding 1/3 cup of chicken broth while it was cooking. I also make up my own Italian dressing. I served it over top of pasta along with broccoli. I just mixed it all together and topped with more Parmesan cheese. Delicious!!

I tried this recipe last night, I used provolone cheese and added spinach to it, and I really liked it, taking some for work tomorrow same way but adding tomatoes. This recipe was easy and delicious. Will make again for sure

The Italian dressing works great in the slow cooker. Lots of flavor.

Does the italian dressing hold up well in the crock pot?

I love Feta Cheese. You may not want to cook it the whole time. Maybe put it in the last hour of the cooking time.

What about feta cheese? do you think that would work?

You can always make your own dressing using a Good Seasonings packet. Make it according to the low fat directions…it uses less oil and more water.

It’s up to you…whatever you have on hand. We use the grated for this one.
