Super Easy BBQ Pulled Pork – A simple recipe for the slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 Pork roast (any size to fit your family)
  • 1 Bottle of any BBQ sauce to your liking completely covering it. (we like Bulls Eye by Kraft)

Directions

  1. Step One

    Cook on low for 8 or so hours on low heat; or 4 hours on high heat

    Peggy ~ this is a great crockin’ meal if you’re cookin’ for a big crowd! SO glad you liked it :)

    Kristin ~ we usually like to cook low and slow in our crock when we can. We think the more time your food has to “hang out” together, the yummier it is :) For a butt as big as 6 lbs(hee hee), I would cook it for 5 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Happy Crockin’ y’all!

    Ha ha I couldn’t wait! Goodness this is so super easy and delish! I did add chopped onion to it and it turned out awesome! Can’t wait to cook this for the gang at the races! I served with sliced onions, pickles & potatoe salad. Would also be great with pickled jalapeƱos. Thanks ladies!
