Stuffed Pepper Soup

A slightly spicy alternative to stuffed peppers. I combined a few ideas from other recipes and added a few of my own.

These stuffed peppers are a great way to get those veggies in!

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 Pounds Raw ground meat
  • 1/2 Cup rice (not instant)
  • 3 green peppers (tops cut off and rinsed out)
  • 3 Cans tomato soup
  • 2 Cans water

Directions

  1. Step One

    Mix the raw meat and rice together and stuff into peppers and place in the crock.

  2. Step Two

    With the leftover meat and rice, make into balls and place around peppers where there is room.

  3. Step Three

    Pour tomato soup and the water over the peppers/meat.

  4. Step Four

    Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5 hours.
