This is a wonderful dip served with Fritos. We never have any left when it is served at our home!
Breakfast Casserole – made with hashbrowns, sausage, colby jack cheese, mushrooms, peppers and egg
This recipe is a family favorite because it's delicious and easily made with ingredients found in the pantry
These stuffed peppers are a great way to get those veggies in!
- 1 and 1/2 Pounds Raw ground meat
- 1/2 Cup rice (not instant)
- 3 green peppers (tops cut off and rinsed out)
- 3 Cans tomato soup
- 2 Cans water
Mix the raw meat and rice together and stuff into peppers and place in the crock.
With the leftover meat and rice, make into balls and place around peppers where there is room.
Pour tomato soup and the water over the peppers/meat.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5 hours.
