Straight up Brisket
- 1 Brisket
- 1 Can Beef consomme
- 32 Ounces Worcestershire
- 1/4 Cup Liquid smoke
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
Mix all liquids and add brisket.
Try to cut as much excess fat off of the brisket before cooking.
Cook on low 6-8 hrs.
