Straight up Brisket

Ingredients

  • 1 Brisket
  • 1 Can Beef consomme
  • 32 Ounces Worcestershire
  • 1/4 Cup Liquid smoke
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce

Directions

  1. Step One

    Mix all liquids and add brisket.

  2. Step Two

    Try to cut as much excess fat off of the brisket before cooking.

  3. Step Three

    Cook on low 6-8 hrs.
