Sooo easy and fast. I cook this in a smaller round Crock-Pot® so recipe may need to be doubled for a bigger one.
Steak Fajitas – A delicious and easy to make recipe.
- 2 Pounds Uncooked flank or skirt steak, thinly sliced
- 1 Bell pepper (I use one large)
- 1/2 Large Onion
- 1 Can Drained Rotel (I use mild)
- 1 Package Dry taco seasoning
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Corn starch
Combine all in crock pot with rotel, taco seasoning, flour, corn starch
Cook all day on low (but I also have cooked on high for about 3.5hrs and it did GREAT)
Serve inside tortillas with all your favorite Mexican fixins :-)
