Steak Fajitas - A delicious and easy to make recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Uncooked flank or skirt steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 Bell pepper (I use one large)
  • 1/2 Large Onion
  • 1 Can Drained Rotel (I use mild)
  • 1 Package Dry taco seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Corn starch

Directions

  1. Step One

Combine all in crock pot with rotel, taco seasoning, flour, corn starch

  2. Step Two

Cook all day on low (but I also have cooked on high for about 3.5hrs and it did GREAT)

  3. Step Three

Serve inside tortillas with all your favorite Mexican fixins :-)

Made these yesterday for my Mom’s 68th birthday party and they were a huge hit! I filled one crockpot with steak fajita fillings and another with chicken fajita fillings. The steak was everyone’s favorite and it was super easy. Thanks!
