1 2 1/2 to 3 lbs of Boneless Chicken Breast 1 Can of Cream Soup (I use Cream of Chicken) 12 ounces of Salsa (I use Mild) 1 pkg. of Taco Seasoning Mix 1 to 1...
Sooo easy and fast. I cook this in a smaller round Crock-Pot® so recipe may need to be doubled for a bigger one.
- 1 Pound Ground Meat
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 Package Taco Seasoning
- 1 Can Ranch Style Beans
- 2-3 Cups Grated cheese (cheddar or mixed)
- 1 Package Corn or flour tortillas
Brown hamburger meat and drain. Add soup, Rotel, taco seasoning, and beans.
Spray Crock-PotÂ® with Pam
Layer tortillas(I prefer corn), meat mixture, and cheese finishing with cheese on top.
When using my smaller crockpot, I will double layers of tortillas to balance out meat mixture.
Heat on high or until cheese melts (about an hour)
