This bread is just so good and so easy to make!!

Ingredients

  • 2 Packages Corn bread mix (8.5 oz. box)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1.5 Cups Cream
  • 1 Package Spinach 10oz., thawed and drained
  • 1 Cup Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

  1. Step One

    Coat crock with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Step Two

    Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Pour batter into slow cooker

  3. Step Three

    Cook on high for 2 hours. Let cool and invert onto a plate.

  4. Step Four

    Sprinkle top with paprika for a more colorful crust.

  5. Step Five

    Cook on high for the right texture and crust.
