Spicy Drip Beef Sandwiches
A slightly spicy alternative to stuffed peppers. I combined a few ideas from other recipes and added a few of my own.

- 1 Roast - medium size, any cut
- 1 Jar Pepperoncini peppers
- 1 Can Beef consommÃ©
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Season roast with salt and pepper.
Place in crock pot on low.
Pour in can of beef consommÃ© and half of the juice from the jar of peppers and about half the peppers. (We like it spicy so I just dump in the whole jar of juice and peppers).
Cook on low 8-10 hours.
Serve over sandwich rolls, sourdough tastes best.
