Ingredients

  • 1 Roast - medium size, any cut
  • 1 Jar Pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 Can Beef consommé
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Step One

    Season roast with salt and pepper.

  2. Step Two

    Place in crock pot on low.

  3. Step Three

    Pour in can of beef consommé and half of the juice from the jar of peppers and about half the peppers. (We like it spicy so I just dump in the whole jar of juice and peppers).

  4. Step Four

    Cook on low 8-10 hours.

  5. Step Five

    Serve over sandwich rolls, sourdough tastes best.
