This buffalo chicken sandwich recipe is very simple and makes delicious sandwiches!!! It is spicy, but don't be afraid! Your slow cooker can handle it!

Ingredients

  • 4 Frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 Package Dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 Bottle buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter

Directions

  1. Step One

    Place frozen chicken breast in slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Add remaining ingredients and cook on high for 4 hours.

    Do you start with bone-in or boneless chicken breasts? How long would you cook this on Low?

    A favorite at our house!! So Easy! I always keep the ingredients on hand. Also it is good to dip or top sandwiches with Kraft Anything bleu cheese dressing.

    This looks and sounds delicious! Cannot wait to try this one! @ Jackie, the chicken will shred on its own after 4 hours of cooking on high or at least it will be very easy to shred with a fork.

    question…do you shred the chicken after the 4 hours or leave chicken pieces whole? Picture looks shredded but that may not be a picture of the actual sandwich.

    Thanks for your question. We just use the regular size of sauce. I think that is like 12 oz.
