A slightly spicy alternative to stuffed peppers. I combined a few ideas from other recipes and added a few of my own.
This super spicy beef over noodles recipe will have you coming back for more.
- 5 Pounds English Roast
- 2 Packages Dry Brown Gravy
- 1 Jar Pepperoncini Peppers
- 3 Cups Water
- 1 Package Dry Italian Seasoning
Cube and trim roast.
Mix juice from peppers water, gravy and Italian packet in bottom of crock pot.
Put meat in and Cook on high for 4 hours.
Break up meat, put peppers on top. Do not stir peppers!
Cook 1 more hour.
Pull stems off peppers, and mix.
Serve over noodles, so spicy! Yummm
