Chopped Tomatoes, , Water, Medium Onion, cut in chunks, Carrots, cut in chunks, Roast, and News Potatoes
Southwest Roast – A delicious recipe for the slow cooker
- 2 - 3 Pound Roast
- 1 Can Cream of mushroom
- 1 Can Cream of chicken
- 1 Can Rotel
- 1 Can Fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz. ) Can Green chiles
Put roast in crock pot, add salt, pepper, chile powder and/or cumin to your liking.
Add all ingredients cook for 6 to 8 hours on low.
Last 30 minutes of cooking shred roast in sauce and add: 1 can pinto beans onion for taste cilantro for taste.
