I just got done eating this and it was a disappointment. I followed the recipe exactly and it was just bleh. The pork chops was dry and didn’t have any taste. The only thing that was good was the sauce. I just poured the sauce over white rice and ate it…I couldn’t eat the pork chops.

My mom used to make this for dinner (one the stove) and his taxed delicious…just like mom’s:) served over rice…loved it! I tried to double the recipe and it didn’t work so well though…any suggestions?

It was wonderful! The only thing I have to change is to use a low-sodium organic chicken broth due to having to watch my sodium intake. These pork chops were absolutely wonderful!

I make this on the stove. I add potatoes and serve over rice.
