- 1 (28 ounce) package of frozen cut green beans
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) container Alfredo cheesy sauce
- 6 ounce package of french fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine green beans, onion, garlic, bell pepper, salt and pepper, Alfredo sauce, and Â½ of the package of french fried onions to the slow cooker and mix well.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Remove lid, and sprinkle with the remaining french fried onions.
You may continue to cook for another hour or serve immediately, whichever you prefer.
