Easy and delicious way to cook barbeque sandwiches, cook them in the slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 Pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 and 1/2 Pounds pork cubes
  • 2 Cups chopped onion
  • 3 medium green peppers, chopped
  • 6 Ounces tomato paste
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 Cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup chili powde
  • 2 Teaspoons salt
  • 1 Teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

  1. Step One

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Cook on medium for 8 hours or until tender.

  3. Step Three

    Stir with wire whisk until meat is shredded.

  4. Step Four

    Serve on buns.
