Simple Corned beef in the crock
- 3-4 Pounds Corned Beef Brisket
- 2 Cups water
- 1 Package pepper corns (that come with meat)
- 1 Tablespoon pepper
Place beef in crock fat side up
pour water in crock
sprinkle pepper and pepper corns over meat and some in the water
cook on low for 8 hours
