You will be dreaming of sandy beaches and fruity umbrella drinks when you present this delicious pork tenderloin as your main dish.
This is a sweet chili. My awesome sister in-law gave me this recipe from her church cookbook. You can eat as a dip with fritos scoops or as chili with bread...
Cook once and serve multiple ways? Yes, please! We like to get a LARGE roast and turn our leftovers into MAKEOVERS by serving the same main dish a variety of ways! You may not be able to pull the wool over your families eyes serving the same thing again and again, but put this tasty shredded pork on nachos, baked potatoes, tacos, and sandwiches and they won’t think twice about gobbling it up!
