You may not be able to pull the wool over your families eyes serving the same thing again and again, but put this tasty shredded pork on nachos, baked potatoes, tacos, and sandwiches and they won’t think twice about gobbling it up!
Used 6-quart slow cooker
- 5 Pounds Pork Loin Roast
- 18 Ounces Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
- 1 Can Dr. Pepper
- Garlic Powder to taste
- Onion Powder to taste
Place roast into the slow cooker and season with onion and garlic powder.
Cover with BBQ sauce and then pour Dr. Pepper over the roast.
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours until pork is tender. Shred with forks.
