Steaks – A great recipe for the slow cooker.
Shredded Beef – Delicious slow cooked beef
- 1 sirloin tip roast
- 1 Can low sodium beef broth
- 1 Package Good Seasons salad dressing and mix
Rub roast with salad dressing mix.
Place roast in slow cooker.
Pour beef broth over the roast.
Cook on high for 1 hour then cook on low 8 hours or until the beef shreds easily. Serve on a bun with provolone cheese.
