Shredded Beef Tacos – A delicious and easy recipe for the slow cooker
- 2 Pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 Cups water
- 1-2 Packages taco seasoning
- 10 Ounces taco sauce
- 1 Can diced green chilies
Place beef and onion in slow cooker.
Combine water and seasoning mix in bowl; pour over meat and onion.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
Remove meat to cutting board and shred.
Place beef in large bowl and stir in taco sauce and chilies.
Return to slow cooker until ready to eat.
