Shredded Beef For Burritos
By request, here's my Porcupine Meatballs recipe for the slow cooker. Kids love them, but they also make a great sandwich or appetizer.
Yummy good! Eat with beans and other trimmings or roll-up in a tortilla!

Shredded Beef For Burritos – A delicious recipe for the slow cooker.
- 2 - 3 Pound Roast
- 1 Can Green enchilada sauce
- 1 Can Rotel tomatoes
- 2 Chopped Serrano peppers
Brown on each side a 2-3 lb roast that has been seasoned with garlic powder, salt & pepper in frying pan with oil.
Put roast in crock pot & add one can of green enchilada sauce, one can of rotel tomatoes, 2 chopped Serrano peppers.
Cook on high for about 6 hours.
The meat can be shredded with a fork.
Serve with flour tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, cilantro, lime, hot sauce - anything you like on your burritos.
