Shipwreck – A shipwreck is a fun dish made in the slowcooker from hamburger meat, potatoes, onion beans and tomato

Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Hamburger
  • 4 Medium Potatoes, sliced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • Celery, diced
  • 1 Can Kidney Beans, drained
  • 4 Cans Tomato Soup

Directions

  1. Step One

    Brown hamburger, drain.

  2. Step Two

    Put hamburger in slow cooker, slice potatoes on top, add diced onions, celery, kidney beans.

  3. Step Three

    Pour soup on top.

  4. Step Four

    Warm on Low until potatoes are done.

    Very tasty recipe. I used a jar of veggie pasta sauce and left out a can of tomato soup. The potatoes needed to be cooked three more hours on high in my crock pot.
