- 4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Jar Lawry's Sesame Ginger Marinade with Mandarin Oranges
- 1 Package Frozen broccoli
Throw the frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot! Easy!!
Pour the whole bottle of Lawrys marinade over the top. I let it cook for a couple hours on low and give it a quick stir just to make sure it was covered in sauce.
Cook on low 4 hours then shred chicken in the pot and add broccoli and stir. Can thicken with cornstarch and cold water slurryif you want your sauce thicker.
Serve it with brown rice and a salad. Yummy!
