This is a wonderful dip served with Fritos. We never have any left when it is served at our home!
A flavorful soup that you can change up or serve with various sides, salad, bread, over pasta, etc. :)
- 1 Pound Thawed Ground Sausage
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Sage
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Rosemary
- 1/2 Fresh Onion, chopped
- 3 Cups Celery
- 1 Quart Water
Throw it all in the crock, add more water if needed.
Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours
Break the sausage up, sprinkle with parmesean before serving. Also can put over noodles or rice.
