Used 6-quart slow cooker
savory pepper steak recipe – easy and delicious
- 2.5 Pounds round steak, cut into strips about Â½-inch thick
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 Teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 16 Ounces whole tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon beef bouillon
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Toss steak in mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
Add steak, onion, garlic, tomatoes and half of sliced peppers to slow cooker
. Mix together beef bouillon, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour into slow cooker and cook on Low 8-10 hours.
Stir in remaining peppers during last hour.
Serve over cooked rice
