  • 1 Package Polish or kielbasa sausage, sliced 1/2 inch thick pieces.
  • 2 Cans Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 Cans Black eyed peas


  1. Step One

    Place sausage in slow cooker.

  2. Step Two

    Add two cans of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies.

  3. Step Three

    Let this cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

  4. Step Four

    30 minutes before serving, add two cans of black eyed peas and let simmer.

  5. Step Five

    Serve over rice or cornbread.
