Sooo good in this cooler weather and so simple!
My family likes this best in the winter months.
- 1 Package Polish or kielbasa sausage, sliced 1/2 inch thick pieces.
- 2 Cans Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 Cans Black eyed peas
Place sausage in slow cooker.
Add two cans of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies.
Let this cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
30 minutes before serving, add two cans of black eyed peas and let simmer.
Serve over rice or cornbread.
