Saucy pork loin is a nice spicy twist on the traditional slow cooked pork loin recipes.
- 1 Pork Loin
- 1 Jar Apricot Preserves
- 1 Jar Pick-a-peppa Hot Sauce
Mix preserves and hot sauce together and pour over pork.
Cook on LOW 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Serve with sides of your choice or shred and put on buns for sandwiches.
