Quick and easy cocktail meatball recipe. You can cook these overnight and then reheat in the slow cooker before the party.
Serve with small forks or toothpicks, out of the slow cooker. they can also be served on small rolls or buns.
- 3-5 Pounds Fully cooked, frozen Italian Meatballs
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Jars Heinz Chili Sauce (not Cocktail Sauce)
- 1 Can Beer (your choice)
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
Cook on LOW, 12-14 hours, stirring occasionally.
