Roast is a great meal for entertaining a hungry crowd, and salsa roast is a nice twist on the traditional roast.
- 1 Jar Salsa (16 ounce)
- 1 Package Dry Onion Soup Mix
- Enough Water to Cover the Meat
- 1 Pinch Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 4-5 Pounds Roast beef
Place roast in crock and sprinkle with the soup, salt and pepper.
Pour the salsa over the top and add enough water to cover the meat.
Cook on high for 6-8 hours, until meat is tender.
