Sausage Cream Cheese Dip

Have to use a 7 qt show cooker for this one. This is so easy and we love this dish in Georgia.
Rotel Grits – grits mixed with rotel for added flavor
- 1-2 Pounds Velveeta
- 2 Cups Jim Dandy Grits
- 1 Can Mild Rotel
- 1 Pound Sausage, mild
- 1 Stick of Butter
Cut up cheese into cubes and put in slow cooker on high along with undrained Rotel.
Cook and drain sausage and add to slow cooker.
Cook grits as directed.
Once done add butter and pour into slow cooker. Stir and let melt!
