Rice Pudding – great recipe for easy homemade rice pudding
- 1/2 Gallon Milk
- 1 Cup Long Grain Rice
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- Pinch Salt
- 1.5 Cups Golden Raisins
- Cinnamon to taste
Place milk, rice , sugar, butter, and salt in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
Stir and add raisins and cinnamon.
Cook for another 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
When pudding begins to thicken, turn off slow cooker.
Pudding will continue to thicken as it cools.
