Relish – easy homemade slow cooker relish
- 3 Cups Onion (Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Salsa, mild
- 1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover, cook on low 7 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4 hours until onions are very tender.
