Red Wine Short Ribs

Asian Beef – Great asian beef recipe made easy in the slow cooker
This is a wonderful dip served with Fritos. We never have any left when it is served at our home!
Red Wine Short Ribs – Tasty ribs made with a slow cooker
- 1 Cup Red Wine Merlot
- 2/3 Cup Ketchup
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
- 2 Ounces Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 4 Pounds Beef Short Ribs
- 1 Large Yellow Onion, chopped
Combine first 6 ingredients in your crock pot, stir them together until blended.
Add ribs in, submerging them in the sauce, or you can stack them.
Add onions over the top.
Cook on LOW until tender â€“ 7-8 hours
