Pulled Pork Tacos

a warm cheesy chip dip with a lot of goodness.

Easy Pulled Pork Tacos
- Pork Roast seasoned with season salt, black pepper, and taco seasoning
- Jar Chipotle salsa
- 2 Cups Water
- Medium onion, chopped
- Cilantro, chopped
Squeeze one lime over the pork. Add: One jar of chipotle salsa, 2 cups of water, one medium chopped onion.
I start it on high for an hour or so and turn to low and cook for 6 hours.
About an hour before it is finished, use 2 forks and pull meat apart and remove bone.
Move to a serving dish and add chopped cilantro on top.
It's a little spicy so if you have little ones, you might want to go light on the taco seasoning or use less salsa and add tomatoes instead.
Serve with corn tortillas and coleslaw.
