Pulled Chicken Caesar Sandwiches – A tasty recipe for the slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Bottle of Caesar dressing

Directions

  1. Step One

Place 4-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts in the slow cooker with a little water, salt and pepper.

  2. Step Two

    Cook 6-8 hrs.

  3. Step Three

30 min before eating, shred chicken with 2 forks, pour in a bottle of Caesar dressing and let cook 30 min.

  4. Step Four

Serve warm with lettuce on your favorite bun. Very yummy and my kids like the cold leftovers!

A favorite of our picky 3 yr. old. Only used 1/2 bottle of dressing. Served on sliders with sweet potato fries. Plan on making the shredded chicken and freezing and keeping a bottle of dressing in the pantry so I can have a meal on hand if we get unexpected company. Didn’t try cold but it reheated nicely.
