Easy Pork Chops - A delicious recipe for the slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 Center cut boneless pork chops
  • 1 Can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Can French onion soup
  • Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg

Directions

  1. Step One

    Dip the pork chops in the egg then roll in the breadcrumbs.

  2. Step Two

    Heat a small amount of oil in the skillet and brown pork chops (about 2 minutes on each side).

  3. Step Three

    Place the pork chops on the bottom of the slow cooker then pour the soup on top. Make sure and mix the soup well.

  4. Step Four

    Cook on low for 6 hours.

  5. Step Five

    You can make as many or as few pork chops as you like, all you need to do is adjust the number of soup cans to cover the chops (I used 2 cans of each soup for 5 chops). This is really good with mashed potatoes (and you can use the leftover soup mixture in the crock pot as a gravy).

    Okay, first off I am not good at browning and breading meats. I tried it but it didn’t work out as expected. I was picking the bread crumbs off the pan and placing it over the chops in the crock. The family ate it with no complaints til it was gone…but not one of my particular faves. Probably wont make again.
