Kahlua Pork/Pig Recipe – Delicious recipe made with slow cooker
White Wine (I used Riesling), Cream of Celery Soup (Can use Cream of Mushroom), Honey Mustard, Minced Garlic, Pork Chops (3/4 inch thick), Salt, and Pepper
Make sure you trim all visible fat from the pork shoulder or butt.

- 1 Center cut boneless pork chops
- 1 Can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 Can French onion soup
- Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
Dip the pork chops in the egg then roll in the breadcrumbs.
Heat a small amount of oil in the skillet and brown pork chops (about 2 minutes on each side).
Place the pork chops on the bottom of the slow cooker then pour the soup on top. Make sure and mix the soup well.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
You can make as many or as few pork chops as you like, all you need to do is adjust the number of soup cans to cover the chops (I used 2 cans of each soup for 5 chops). This is really good with mashed potatoes (and you can use the leftover soup mixture in the crock pot as a gravy).
