Pork Chops in Tangy Gravy - A tasty recipe for the slow cooker.
- 4 - 6 Pork chops (can still be frozen)
- 1 Sliced yellow onion
- 1/2 Cup Lemon juice
- 1/2 Cup WorcestershireÂ sauce
- 1 Package Brown gravy mix
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black pepper
Lay the onion on the bottom of the slow cooker and put your pork chops on top.
Mix everything else up in a jar (I have one with a lid that I fill and shake!) and pour it over.
Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
The onions will be caramelized and the pork chops will be tender.
I love this over rice but mashed potatoes works great, too!
