2 thumbs up! I used leftover chicken and served it over rice, but would be great with thighs or breasts as well. Very flavorful and delicious. Will be using this one for my freezer club as well. Will freeze everything mixed together except for crackers and butter. Will freeze the crackers and butter in a separate baggie and toss in bag with the other ingredients. Thanks for a new twist on chicken!

I was going to make this tonight for my family. I have made poppy seed chicken before but never in the crock pot so i wondering if you need to thaw out the chicken before putting it in the crock pot? Also, I’m using 4 chicken breasts instead of 6.
