Poppy Seed Chicken
Grab that leftover baked chicken! This takes about 10 minutes of prep time. Enjoy this almost effortless meal.
Usually it will still get a little crusty on top with time, so I usually stir occasionally throughout the party. Great dip for the upcoming football parties...
Enjoy a little spice with your chicken dinner.
This is great with Wild rice or white rice so juicy. My family really enjoys this dish. Serve with fresh veggie's of your choice.
- 6 Skinless boned Chicken Breast frozen
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Cup Half and Half
- 1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
- 1 roll Ritz Crackers Crushed
- 1/2 Cup Butter melted
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Place Chicken in greased slow cooker
Mix together soup, milk, and poppy seeds.
Pour mixture over Chicken.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour then reduce heat to low and cook 5 hours.
Combine cracker crumbs with butter. stir until crumbs are coated.
sprinkle over chicken prior to serving.
