Party Kabobs:

Grab. Go. Repeat. These tasty finger foods are the perfect combo of sweet and tangy and a breeze to make too!

Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs smoked sausage (we used eckridge)
14-ounce can pineapple slices
1 yellow onion, chopped
½ cup teriyaki sauce
¼ cup chili sauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup pineapple juice
toothpicks

Directions:

Slice sausage into ½ inch pieces, chop onion into large chunks, also remove the pineapple from can and slice the rings into fourths.
In a small bowl mix together all other ingredients.
“Build” your delicious kabobs on toothpicks and place in the crock. Pour the liquid over the top and let cook on LOW for 2 hours.

Cheeseburger Dip:

Cheeseburgers are an All-American favorite and definitely a favorite in our own homes! This recipe is a yummy twist on the usual cheeseburger and will have your party guests staying close by!

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef or turkey, browned
1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 (10.75-ounce) can cream mushroom soup
1 yellow onion, diced
¼ cup mayo
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon Lawry’s seasoned salt
1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
4-6 green onions, chopped
Ritz crackers for serving

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except green onions and crackers in crock and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring a couple times throughout cook time.
Top with green onions and serve as dip with Ritz crackers.

Philly Cheesesteak Sliders:

Show off your party skills by turning a crowd favorite into a handy little slider!

Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs thin steak, cut into strips
2 Tablespoons butter
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, cut into strips
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
2 (14-ounce) cans beef broth

For serving:
Slider buns
Sliced provolone and/or swiss

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together into slow cooker.
Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Place meat on sliders with cheese. We placed on a baking sheet and let the cheese get gooey in the oven for just a minute! YUM!

    I’m interested in making the party kaboobs but with but size piece of chicken, would this work? How long do you think bite size piece mmof chicken would take to crock?
