Italian Sausage and Tortellini Soup – A delicious recipe for the slow cooker
Yummy! Super easy!!! These beef tips and gravy are just like my grandmother used to make! Slow cooker comfort food at its best!
I make this roast for New Years day with our beans and cornbread - always a BIG hit! Also really good on sandwiches :) enjoy!
Beef Stroganoff – Easy and delicious
- 2 Pounds stew meat
- 4 Ounces can mushrooms, drained
- 1 Package Lipton dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 Cup red cooking wine
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Cup sour cream
- garlic/salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and stir.
Cook on low 8-10 hours.
Before serving, add sour cream; stir.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
