Tofu and Vegetables – delicious vegetarian slow cooker meal with tofu and vegetables
This is an easy dish that the kids really love for after school!
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Cup Sweet Onion
- 3/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Package Hamburger Buns
Brown beef and onions in saucepan. Drain.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and Cover.
Cook on low 4-6 hours
Serve on buns.
