Used 6-quart slow cooker
Don't come between Nicole and her mud pie - this was a constant craving during her pregnancy so naturally she converted the favorite recipe for the slow cooker. The gooey, chewy cake is great dessert for any day of the week.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 Cup Cocoa
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 Cups chopped pecans
- cooking spray
Directions

Step One
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon.

Step Two
Spray the inside of the crock really well and pour batter in.

Step Three
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours. Serve warm with toppings desired. Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Syrup or Chopped Pecans

I mad this for a dinner tonight when my cousin and her husband came over and we LOVED it.
The edges were a little chewy but over all it was wonderful. =)

YUM! I just made this tonight, since I had all the ingredients on hand. (except the pecans) It is easy and yummy, chocolatey and gooey. We put vanilla ice cream on top with peanut butter ice cream topping and heath bar topping…it was delicious! My crock pot didn’t take the whole 2 hours. Mine was about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Next time we hope to try it with the pecans. This is going to be a new favorite of ours!
