Need quick and Simple? Here you go! This recipe has been circulating around the facebook page for a while, and has received rave reviews. We wanted to make sure that it was brought to the attention of everyone who was looking for “quick and easy dinners”, because this one really fits the bill! We served ours on a bed of mashed potatoes, but it would be great on top of rice, or egg noodles also! The meat literally falls apart, and the gravy is delicious! This will definitely be a repeat recipe in our homes! Hope y’all enjoy this “simply scrumptious” meal as much at we did!!!
Used 6-quart slow cooker
- 4 Pork Chops, bone in
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Package Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Package Dry Pork Gravy Mix
- 1 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
First place the pork chops down in the bottom.
The remaining four ingredients will be mixed in a mixing bowl and then poured over the top of the meat.
Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
