- 2 Pounds Smoked Turkey Sausage sliced thick
- 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Sweet Onion Diced
- 1/2 Cup Bell pepers
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red peper flakes
- 1 Cup Chunky Applesauce
- 1 clove Garlic minced
Mix all ingredients together in crock
cover and cook on low for 8 hours
serve over Rice
